In a joint operation conducted with the help of Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) of Kerala Police, Thrissur natives Syed Nabeel Ahmed, T.S. Shias were arrested from different places in Thrissur and PA Raees from Palakkad. The leader of their group, Matilakathu Kudil Ashif, was captured from Sathyamangalam forest. Digital devices and documents containing hateful content were seized from the homes of Shias, Nabeel and Raees. A case will be filed against them under UAPA.
