Mushrooms, which are non-green plants, belong to the genus Fungi. It is ahead not only in taste but also in nutritional qualities. Mushrooms are a complete food. There are about 45,000 mushrooms, but only about 2,000 are edible.
GROWTH OF MUSHROOMS

HOW TO IDENTIFY EDIBLE MUSHROOMS ?
Not all mushrooms are edible. Soak the mushrooms in water mixed with turmeric powder for fifteen minutes. Then the blue color is poisonous and if there is no discoloration it is edible. Insects such as flies and beetles are not seen due to the color of the poison ivy. The scales at the bottom of the umbel are colored or black. Stays intact for days. There are poisonous mushroom dusts. Common, red and yellow colored mushrooms are poisonous.
